Full-length portrait of the magician, plate spinner, and proprietor of “England’s Home of Mystery,” the Egyptian Hall, in white apron and shirtsleeves, posed before a foot-operated machine and beside his workbench. Plain mount, 6 3/8 x 5”, with inked notations to verso and wear at one corner.
