SIGNED BY FRANK ZAPPA, IAN UNDERWOOD, AND DON PRESTON. A possibly unique piece in that Frank Zappa and Ian Underwood have each signed this sheet of paper twice, as the pen they were using appears to have been running out of ink while they were signing.
