Otto Frank created the first transcription of his late daughter’s diary for friends and relatives in Switzerland shortly after his liberation from Auschwitz. Since its original publication the diary of Anne Frank has been translated into 70 languages and is considered to be one of the most significant records of Jewish life during the Holocaust.
