THIS DOCUMENT APPOINTS THOMAS H. THOMPSON TO THE POSITION OF POSTMASTER AT OXFORD IN THE COUNTY OF CHESTER, IN PENNSYLVANIA. It is countersigned by the Postmaster General, James W.
