Forest-green military-styled size 7 hat with the coat of arms of Panama as manufactured by Kingform Cap Deluxe of New York City accompanied by 14 brass buttons and shoulder straps; includes 8 x 10” color photograph of Omar Torrijos wearing hat with shoulder straps clearly visible.
