Pictorial letterpress broadside for Bennett’s Theatre, Coventry, and the production of several dramas featuring both human and canine actors, including King Lear. One image depicts a dog leaping across the scene with a lantern in its mouth, and the second shows the animal helping free a man from jail. 29 1/2 x 9 5/8”. Tissue reinforcements to verso at closed tears and extremities, but very good overall.
