Lithograph in colors depicts the ascension of Ethardo – perched atop a wooden and iron ball 30 inches in diameter – up a 50-foot-tall spiral, as well as the precarious balancing feats of the “Arab” contortionists Abachi & Mazus at the top of a pyramid-like structure made of graduated wooden blocks; the pair would balance, one on the back of the other, the lowermost acrobat balancing with one hand atop a large bottle. 24 x 15 ¾”. Corner chips, lower left clipped. Tax stamp at upper left. A-.
