The background consists of images of 4 different studios used by Walt Disney, as well as a photo of him and his brother, Roy O. Disney. This cel was painted by the Walt Disney Studios Ink and Paint Department, featuring 31 Disney characters, and using 101 ink colors and 138 color paints. Visible size: 17 x 30”. Matted, framed, and glazed by Walt Disney Studios, with an original engraved plaque at the bottom: “A Legacy of Magic The Walt Disney Company 75th Anniversary 1923 - 1998.” Frame size: 29 x 42”. With a COA from Walt Disney Studios signed by the then Vice-Chairman of the Walt Disney Company, Roy E. Disney. An excellent example of this very rare cel.
