DOYLE IS RESPONDING TO AN INQUIRY ABOUT AN ARTIST, AND MENTIONS HIS UNCLE (RICHARD DOYLE), AND HIS FATHER (CHARLES ALTAMONT DOYLE, 1832-1893): “Dear Sir I never heard of him.
