FIRST EDITION, LIMITED ISSUE, number 28 of 250 copies on Magnani mould made paper. The first ever attempt at a complete presentation - in text, photographs and sounds of a Velada (“night vigil”) ceremony. The ceremony was performed on the night of 12-13 July 1958 by Maria Sabina, and all adults present were under the influence of a psilocybin mushroom known for its entheogenic properties.
