Scarce full color portrait of President Truman and Vice President Barkley convivially sitting side by side, likely in the White House less than three weeks after their inauguration. Their relationship was a good one throughout the Truman presidency. Portrait mount water stained, not affecting photograph. Not examined out of mount. With Kodak date stamp on verso. Good.
