Small 8vo (168 x 113 mm). (Title-page with a small tear near gutter and at lower corner, few paper repairs at lower gutter to first several leaves, some browning throughout). Woodcut printer’s device. Full early calf twice framed in blind fillets, gilt cornerpieces, central gilt device on both covers, early rebacking in vellum, hand-titled in an early hand (extremities a bit worn, old label over spine near head, several initial signatures bulging, later front endpapers pasted over original). Provenance: L.H.A. (carved into covers); marginalia and underlining throughout in an early hand.
