Fine. INSCRIBED BY HIM ON THE TITLE-PAGE: “To Saul Bass with admiration Ricky Jay”. Saul Bass (1920-1996) was a graphic designer, as well as an Academy Award winning documentary filmmaker. He is most famous for his title sequences for classic films, including Vertigo (1958), North by Northwest (1959), Psycho (1960), Goodfellas (1990), Cape Fear (1991), and Casino (1995). He won an Oscar for the short subject, Why Man Creates (1968).
