Gouache on paper partially mounted on poster board, depicting a lion’s head on a blue and red background. Image size 11 ¼ x 17”. Overall size 13 ½ x 19”. With ink and pencil marginal notes indicating this is the basis of sixteen-sheet, nine-sheet, one-sheet and one-half sheet posters. Some wear, soiling, marginal pin-holes. Very good.
