Carnival Fun House Ghoul Cabinet. Circa 1960s-1970s. Wooden cabinet with a painted, fiberglass façade frame, enclosing a hand-painted portrait of a woman. When operated, a light turns on and the woman’s image is instantly replaced by a female ghoul mannequin, scaring anyone nearby. 37 x 25 x 67 ¾”. Front façade is a hinged door for maintenance of ghoul and light. Some wear, soiling, a few screws sticking out. Excellent vintage condition. This ghoulish display is said to be from one of the two funhouses at the Riverview Amusement Park in Chicago. Third-party shipping required.
