Decatur 1 Cent Fairest Wheel Cigar Trade Stimulator. Decatur: Decatur Fairest Wheel Works, ca. 1895. Gravity-driven spinning wheel with numbers in wooden case, windows on both sides. With coin receiving area at bottom (lacking both small windows). 23 ½” high. Some minor wear, wheel works but action is a bit stiff. Very good.
