H.C. Evans Mexican Six Arrow Spindle in Original Wooden Crate and 15 Widows. Chicago: H.C. Evans & Company, ca. 1930s. This game is an elaboration of Chuck-A-Luck. Six nickel-plated arrows on central spindle. Arrows 21 ¼” long. With 15 Special Widows which are meant to hold numbered cards (each widow with nut and washer assembly - the Park and Carnival Equipment catalogue by Evans sold these widows in groups of 12, not 15). Cards are missing. In the original wooden crate with hinged lid, 25 x 11 ¾ x 9 ½”. Arrows and widows with some wear and rust spots, wooden crate is quite worn. Very good. Rare in any condition.
