A promotional flier or program (235 x 165 mm) including four invitation tickets (127 x 76 mm) for the Antarctic Expedition Support Committee variety show (flier mounted on rice paper, small tear with loss at margin, old folds to tickets). The Antarctic Expedition support committee held a variety of fundraising events such as Sumo, lectures with presentations, drama productions, song and dance performances, etc. Contents of this variety show (translated in English): song, rakugo (traditional comic storytelling), sword dance, koto music, Satsuma biwa (Japanese lute) music, Tokiwazu (one of Joruri narrative music), break, speech by the member of Antarctic Expedition support committee, Gidayu (one of Joruri narrative music), foreign music (ensemble), teodori (Japanese traditional dance).
