[ACROBATICS]. Kremotwins. Hamburg: Adolph Friedlander Litho, ca. 1910s. German theater lithograph for the Kremo twins performing acrobatic and gymnastic stunts. The Kremos are a Swiss family acrobatic troupe known for their multi-generational Risley and juggling acts across the 19th and 20th centuries. Bela Kremo (1911-1979) and his son, Kris Gaston Kremo (b. 1951), went on to continue the legacy through their famous “Gentleman Juggler” act. The act used three ordinary objects, usually part of men’s attire, and displayed them on stage rather than a traditional prop table. 37 ½ x 28”. Unbacked. Repaired tears, marginal losses, creasing, minor tape restoration, and minimal foxing to some corners. A-/B+.
