Fly-To Cage. European, late nineteenth century. Black toleware with hand-painted green and gilt scrolls. A bird vanishes from the smaller box, reappearing within the cage on the stand some distance away. Some repainting, prop goldfinch a later replacement. Stand 10 ¾” tall; Box 5” square.
