Original dark blue cloth, spine lettered in gilt (a touch of rubbing at extreme ends and corners, few minor spots of soiling to covers); original dust jacket (spine sunned, some soiling or staining to panels, extremities chipped with some losses). Provenance: Glenn Joseph Shea (bookplate and rubberstamp); Henry Knight (ownership signature dated 1925).
