Mirror Glass Pedestal Circa 1920s. A glass rests atop a fringed pedestal. The glass is covered, and when uncovered, the glass is seen to be filled with candy, a silk, or other small items. Can also be used for disappearances or transpositions. Entirely different from a typical Mirror Glass Turntable, this pedestal is completely mechanical and the turning of the stand is operated by pressing a small lever on the back. The ingenuity of this unusual and, likely unique device cannot be understated; the mechanism comprised of a modified phone dial.
