Die to Flower Tray. London, J. Bland (?), ca. 1880. A small metal die is placed on a round toleware tray, where it visibly transforms into a bouquet of flowers, or any other small object. Finely hand painted with a floral pattern. 2” die, tray diameter 8 ½”.
