Letterpress broadside advertising the elaborate fireworks display put up by Gyngell, the conjurer, at the Banbury Marketplace on Tuesday evening, January 15, 1850. Gyngell will give his “much-admired Fashionable Entertainments” including “practical illusions” at the conclusion of the pyrotechnic display. 22 3/8 x 8 ¾”. Bright and crisp; remarkably well preserved.
