Silver-gelatin image of a pornographic satirical illustration on thin paper. Approximately 4 x 5 ½”. Toned, creased, occasional soiling, possibly neatly trimmed at margins. Very good. An exceedingly rare and unusual piece of anti-Mormon propaganda, depicting a naked Brigham Young with multiple phalli, surrounded by fourteen naked and half-naked Mormon women, clearly meant to lampoon the-then Mormon practice of polygamy.
