[Ca. 19th century]. 24 albumen CDVs on 20 leaves, plus three quarter-plate tintypes, and two sixteenth-plate tintypes. Album leaves approximately 5 ¾ x 4 ¾”. Album bound in 19th century full brown morocco, boards decoratively stamped and paneled in blind, spine stamped in blind and gilt, brass clasps (binding worn, front endleaves dampstained, gutters broken in several places, some soiling, pencil notes to leaves). Generally good. Several cabinet cards versos visible with signatures by the subjects and with tax stamps. Some soldiers who signed the versos include: John Vancamp, Lt. Chas. Lawrence (Co.
