He played for the Baltimore Orioles, St. Louis Cardinals, and New York Giants, and later managed for the Baltimore Orioles and New York Giants. A Baseball Hall of Fame inductee, he was a three-time World Series champion, and managed for a NL record 31 seasons. Travis Calvin “Stonewall” Jackson was a shortstop for the New York Giants; he was a World Series champion. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
