A fine pair of British Cavalry Officer's holster covers, displaying a double border of gilt lace trim and Regimental silver lace insignia on a black wool base. Approximately 15 x 12”. The leather backing is supple and complete with the attachment straps. Mild age soiling, later hanging pieces affixed to versos. A fine example of this rare set, which would make an excellent display.
