[FOLK ART]. Wood Carved Mechanical Soccer Sculpture. ca. 1930s. 18 ½ h x 24 w x 9”d. Surface dirt. Some light marks and rust on metal parts overall. Paint is splattered on a small section of base. Wood base is not perfectly level. Mechanics are in working order. Good condition. A Male figure holding a ball about to be dropped and kicked by another figure. When activated a door opens as a foot kicks out, along with a small stylized topless female torso. This is a cool and exceptional piece of wood carved mechanical Folk Art.
