Sculptural satin covered flat heart shape with a crown of thorns visual surrounding perimeter of heart. Vintage flame light bulbs protrude from the sides. Heart pumps like a heartbeat and has an area that simulates a slice into heart. Macabre sound effects replicate scary sounding musical doorbell with other strange sounds. Surface dirt overall.
