Titles include: The Hitch Hiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, The Restaurant at the End of the Universe, Life, the Universe and Everything, So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish. The fifth book is the first American hardcover edition of Mostly Harmless, also signed by Adams (jacket creased). This legendary science fiction comedy was first presented to the public as a BBC radio comedy in 1978, and was later adapted to other formats; these paperback editions were the first time this trilogy saw print (except for the fourth book, which was first a hardcover). This trilogy has spawned television series, radio shows, games, comic books, and a film (2005).
