Beautifully bound by Brugalla (dated 1950) in an elegant binding of full green pebbled morocco, boards elaborately stamped in gilt and black, spine elaborately ruled, tooled and lettered in gilt and black in compartments, five raised bands, gilt board edges and turn-ins, plain cream endleaves on laid paper, all edges gilt. Contemporary ownership ink notation of the “Collegi Sancti Martini Soc. Jesu” on p. [i]. Spine sunned, edges of spine and boards lightly rubbed, some offsetting to free endleaves. Fine.
