Bound in library binding of full red cloth, spine lettered in gilt, marbled endleaves (spine sunned with paper library label, some rubbing to binding, withdrawn bookplate of the U. S. State Department on the fp., withdrawn inkstamp on verso of title-page, ffep torn near hinge, tape on verso of frontispiece, text a bit toned, bookplate residue on rp). Very good. This beautifully illustrated survey of the border between the United States and Mexico was designed to maintain the border and fairly allocate water resources between the two countries.
