Very good. FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING (“First Edition / M-E” on copyright page). The true first printing of this book and jacket are uncommon. Profiles in Courage was widely celebrated and became a bestseller. John F. Kennedy, then a U. S. senator, won the Pulitzer Prize for this book. It includes a foreword by Allan Nevins.
