Chicago Consumed - All the Business Blocks and the Business [loss due to creasing] Ruined - The Awfulest Fire ever Known. About 11 o’clock on Saturday night last, a fire broke out in a planing mill on Clinton Street, Chicago. The building, stock, tools, and a number of wooden tenement houses and frame buildings used as groceries, saloons, &c., in the vicinity, were destroyed…”) This issue was published 2 days after the disaster.
