Signed by Gershwin at upper left corner. Portrait of Gershwin at the piano excised from a newspaper affixed to the left portion of envelope. Approximately 3 ½ x 6 ½”. Envelope is sealed, some toning, light thumbsoiling to envelope, ball point pen notes (unknown hand) on verso. Sold with the November 1935 issue of Theatre Arts Monthly, with an article about Porgy and Bess.
