Knox Walker “Sec’y” or S. H. Laughlin “Recorder of the General Land Office”). With seal at lower left corner. Approximately 10 x 16 ¼”. 1 vertical and 2 horizontal creases, some rubbing, minor edgewear, foxing, some light chipping at right margin. Very good.
