Mills Roulette Cigar Trade Stimulator. Chicago: IL: Mills Novelty Co., ca. 1890s-1900s. Gaming wheel in original painted wooden case with hinged lid, and with paysheet on inner lid with glass front. Box 13 x 13 x 4 ¾”. Wheel lacks the wooden cover surrounding the wheel and the attached flapper. Some wear, soiling, one corner of wooden box is a bit warped and the support is loose (support can be easily glued in). Wheel turns easily. Good. Uncommon.
