Victorian-era large painted plaster figure (“Store Interior; Figure III”) of an older man on a ladder waving an item (it was a small doll, missing) in his right hand (hand is missing); brown shoes, brown checked trousers, gray vest, blue striped shirt, bowtie, glasses. On wooden base with motor and plug. 68” high. Motor works, figure’s head nods, and his right arm moves. Minor wear. Very good. From the collection of the Museum of Science and Industry Chicago.
