Report of the Grand Jury held to investigate the Dec. 4, 1969 police raid in Chicago on members of the Black Panther Party. Slight fading and smudging to the blue stapled wraps.) Report on the murder of Merk Clark and Fred Hampton in Chicago.) Hampton was a political activist and a deputy chairman of The Black Panther Party. By most contemporary accounts, he was drugged by a police informant (William O’Neal) and was shot to death while sleeping by Chicago Police during a raid.
