Students for A Democratic Society (SDS). Collection of SDS Publications and Ephemera. [V.p., ca. 1960s-70s]. A group of publications from this important radical political organization. Includes 23 issues of “Radical America: An SDS Journal of American Radicalism” starting with volume 2, no. 4 (1968) plus 3 special issues. There are two copies, vol 1 no. 2 & vol. 2 no. 1, of the SDS underground newspaper “Fire”, 4 pamphlets against the Vietnam War, 1 pamphlet on strategy for the student movement and two issues of the SDS paper “New Left Notes” published by the Chicago chapter. The papers are folded with slight age toning but all items are very good or better. And: Columbia (1969, First edition thus, first printing.
