A Large Collection of Underground Comics. [V.p., ca. 1960s-70s]. A large collection of over 200 underground comics. Most date to the 1960s and 70s and include a number of first printings including the first of “The Freak Brothers”. Also included are the first seven issues of “Arcade, The Comic Review” and early imprints and runs of “Bijou”, “Freak Brothers” and “Rip-Off Comix”. Some issues are in duplicate. Artists include R. Crumb, Vaughn Bode, Skip Williamson, S. Clay Wilson and many others. Condition of most of the comics is very good or better (all ungraded).
