Twenty pieces, 1940s – 60s, including placards advertising magicians on variety bills as well as all-magic programs at various British theaters. Among the performers represented are Cecil Lyle, Murray, Ali Bey, Chris Charlton, N’Gai, Rita Carmo, Maurice Fogel, Silvan, Harold Taylor, The Keeners, Chris Woodward, Billy McComb, Ali Bongo, Gentleman Jack, Jerry Andrus, and others. Some with original strings for hanging, one damaged. Largest 16 x 10 ¼”. Generally good condition.
