Oswald Williams’ “Torn & Restored Strip of Paper” Gimmick. British, 1920s. A torn piece of paper appears to be restored to a single, untorn piece using this small flesh-colored gimmick. Includes a note with instructions and tracing the provenance; the gimmick was a gift from Robert Harbin (who worked with Williams at St. George’s Hall), made in 1954. Approx. ¾” diameter. Timeworn. Good.
