Printed by the Burton Club for Private Subscribers Only, [ca. 1900]. 8vos. Illustrated with plates in 2 states; frontispieces with one state being hand-colored, the remaining plates with one state being India proofs. Complete in 17 volumes, with 10 volumes being Arabian Nights and 7 volumes being Supplemental Nights. Beautifully bound in contemporary half green levant morocco over marbled boards, spines tooled and lettered in gilt in compartments, with red floral gilt onlays, four raised bands, marbled endleaves, top edges gilt (spines sunned to gray, some rubbing to bindings, some corners bumped, a few joints starting, several with gutters after ffeps cracking, free endpapers in volume I loose but present, some occasional faint dampstaining in text). Still, a very good set in a handsome binding. CONNOISSEUR EDITION #17/100. RARE.
