Egyptian Faience Ushabti Funerary Figure. Egypt, ca. 1070 – 715 BC, Third Intermediate Period [?]. Turquoise Egyptian faience Ushabti with black decoration and hieroglyphs. Ushabti were funerary figures buried with the dead and placed in tombs alongside other Egyptian grave goods. Height approx. 3 ½". Crack visible across chest from a previous repair.
