Dated Sept. 2, 1920 and written on two pages of the magician's printed stationery, Houdini states, in part, “Mail has just brot [sic] your package cont[aining] … Case against Spirit Photography, also 2 Fairy Photos. … Can you Please get me mag. Mr. Edward Bush Spirit Photography Exposed mentioned in the book you sent. It is a small pamphlet published by the author…." Front page torn in upper left, significant wear at edges with strong old folds. SIGNED in ink, “Regards to your good mother from Mrs. Houdini & myself (also Teale [?]), Houdini."
