Original folds, several marginal short tears, some soiling, some marginal and interior inpainting, one small area of professional restoration just under Godzilla's right foot. B. This uncommon original poster was the first glimpse of the famous movie monster that most Americans had in 1956. The American version of the Japanese film, Gojira (1955), was cleverly re-worked for the American audience with new scenes starring Raymond Burr and others.
