Goldin, Horace. Collection of Horace Goldin Ephemera. 1891—1930s. Sixteen items, including a 24 x 8 ½” two-sided broadside in fragile condition; programs and playbills, including The Palace Theatre of Varieties (chromolithographed covers, 1891) in which he is billed as “The Great Goldin,” Blackpool Tower Place Opera House, London Hippodrome, London Coliseum [2], Metropolitan, Govan Lyceum Theatre, Devonport New Alhambra, Chiswick Empire Theatre, Italian “Scala” (1932), together with two different souvenir programs, a “Mysterious Tricks” by Goldin booklet, a pen and ink illustration of Goldin dated 1906 and an Australian contract for employment by Goldin that includes onerous conditions on his employees.
