Lacks plates 1-3, 5, 9, 12, 19, 24, 30, 32, 36, 37, 44, 53, 55, 59, 69. “Death of Cook" plate is not present. Approximately 21 ¾ x 15 ¾". Bound in contemporary half brown morocco over marbled boards, spine stamped in gilt (binding worn, dampstained, warped, soiled, hinges cracked, all maps and plates dampstained at upper half, a few tears).
